"We've been in our home six years now. When we first moved in, we got vertical and honeycomb blinds from Elden. Later, we purchased draperies for all of the first floor. Just this month, we added sheers to the windows and doorway.

In every case, the sales rep was remarkably knowledgeable regarding fabric, color, and styles of draperies and blinds. He provided a wide range of suggestions that would fit our decor. He took our direction regarding what we wanted. With this most recent purchase, as the sheers were being made, there was a question about how they would fit with what we already had in the windows. The installer made a special trip to double-check the size and needs for installation.
